China’s current mineable oil mostly fall into decay rate of the oil phase, deep drillingmining technology increase the difficulty of oil exploration, but advances in technology havemade up for deep drilling mining needs. Dynamic downhole environment, especially thetest of pressure signal can provides important information for drill deep mining and reducescost of oil exploitation. Articles were instructed to store test theory and research a downholepressure information acquisition system, which can be used for testing downhole dynamicpressure signal of perforating technology, high-energy gas fracturing technology anddeflagration technology and can provide reliable information for the development andexploitation of oil fields. Meanwhile, the system can also be used to test the CBM perforating,Geological drilling etc.After fully understanding the downhole environment, Storage Testing Theory andTheoretical Sampling Strategy, We designed the overall scheme,the state processes andmicro-volume micropower of downhole pressure information acquisition system. When wedesigned system hardware circuit, we focused on the selection of the pressure sensor,designing amplifier circuit, designing acquisition and storage of digital circuit as well as usingFIFO chip design negative delay circuit and trigger circuit.For downhole harsh environments with high temperature, high pressure, high iMpact, Wepropose to do on the test system potting protection, and we choose vacuum castingtechnology and choose epoxy resin as a potting material. We also conducted a quasi-static testcalibration and dynamic calibration under analog wells of instrument and got sensitivitycoefficient test system, We studied the acceleration effect of pressure sensors and amended it,and we also analyzed the uncertainty of the test system. With the achievement of above design and technology, making the reliability, security,and accuracy of the test system has been greatly improved. Finally, the article proposes theinadequate of system design.
