| As a composite textile structure preform, the three-dimensional woven fabric has good performance in integrity and profiling. Composites made of it have superior mechanical properties and is widely used in national defense and military industry, aerospace, transportation, building energy, general machinery and other fields. Manufacturing the woven fabrics with three-dimensional interwoven structure has become the focus in the modern textile. To achieve the mechanized production of three-dimensional woven fabrics, three-dimensional looms with high degrees of efficiency and automation must be developed. Nowadays, with the development of composite materials technology and the improvement of the quality and function, it has become the research hotspot to develop the3-D loom which can weave the three-dimensional fabric.These subjects mainly research the processing technology on three-dimensional weaving and to design the warp system on three-dimensional loom which is one of the six main systems of systems. The specific content is as follows:(1) To research the key technology of weaving three-dimensional fabric, and design the weaving process of the three-dimensional loom, especially the pay attention to the adaptability and diversity of three-dimensional looms. On the basis of the existing technology, according to the special requirements of weaving three-dimensional fabric, the3-D loom was designed generally involving of its shedding, weft-insertion, Selvage, beating-up, let-off and take-up system.(2) According to the characteristics of the three-dimensional let off in the process of weaving, a let-off system of negative creel has been designed. Considering the fabric variety requirement of the three-dimensional, multiple warp beams have been installed to achieve multilayer warp control in dependently and to control the negative let-off of warp with the aerodynamic damping.(3) by the analysis and calculation of the key parameters in the let off system, and by studying the problem of the yarn tension in the running process, design a set of mechanism dynamics that suit for the dynamic tension compensation scheme.(4) By analyzing the relationship between the let-off system components, planning a reasonable yarn path route map, and established the corresponding relation between the let off warp beam, swinging double roller tension compensation mechanism and the separate yarn frame.
