| In the face of the more seriously global problem of industrial pollution, energy crisis and the destruction of the ecological environment, the governments around world had introduced in succession the Cleaner Production (CP) that changed the traditional way of controlling from the end of pollution source, and becoming the fundamental solution to the problem of industrial pollution and environmental degradation. CP in the foreign countries especially in the developed countries of Europe and America has been effectively applied and achieved remarkable effect. Our country opened the curtain of adopting PC from June29,2002, on which Chinese government officially promulgate Promotion Law on Cleaner Production of the People’s Republic of China. After nearly ten years, we had some achievements on the job of the spread of PC. Currently55CP standard and45CP index system have been set up. But CP has not been widely in-depth implemented in China due to the problems in present operational mechanism and the specific implementation. Especially in small and medium enterprises(SME),the spread of the CP not be satisfied for the management lack the awareness and knowledge of PC including the operation process and method. In this paper, according to project management used in Qingdao Zhongye New Material Technology LTD(ZNMT),it was aimed to establish a mode with clear thinking to carry out CP by qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and CCCP theory,and ensure the sustainable development of CP. The relevant enterprises can promote to carry out CP by the mode and be used widely in SME of China,and achieve to improve ecological environment of China. |
