| This paper is based on the project of National Scheme863Project "Research on Key Technologies and Equipment Trial Manufacturing in Drill Stem Automatic Processing System "(Contract No:2007AA09Z302), Through studying existing foreign offshore drilling platform, a set of integrated automation system of drill stem processing system was developed.With the growing demand for oil on the world year by year, drilling develops gradually from land to ocean, and the strength of extract is increasing year by year. Pipe-handing is a very important operation in the drilling process. It has been researched for many years abroad, and began extensively to be applied. In china its research and application are relatively less, therefore, research of pipe processing system is imperative.This article researched control system of the foreign mechanical structure of the drill pipe automatic discharge system, analyzes the characteristics of various agencies, select hydraulic as power. This thesis chose Siemens PLC and Profibus-DP after comparing advantage and disadvantage of the control functions. The human-machine interface of IPC and the operation were designed with WinCC6softwares.The main content of this artical include:1. The general planning and mechanical structures of the drill pipe automatic discharge system were designed. Then it introduced the functions and the action requirements of every mechanism, and made the sequences of the operations.2. The drive method of drill pipe automatic transmission system was selected, and expounds the working principle of drill pipe transmission system and action sequence process.3. The suitable programmable logic controller (PLC) and sensors were selected. It chose the CPU315-2DP as the master and several ET200Ms as the slavers. It configured the virtual hardwares, communications processing and writing program of control system using Step7. In order to satisfy the requirements of speed and synchronization, this thesis designed a control program based on PID and eliminate error control technology.4. It designed the human-machine interface of IPC and the operation interface with WinCC6softwares. This can help the operating personnels to make the correct decisions and can store the important working parameters in the IPC.5. In order to improving the capability of anti-jamming of the control system, and presented several methods to improve it. |
