XRD showed that the optimal calcination temperature was900℃; SEM observation found that the particle size was uniform, but the particle size was big which the sample was prepared by co-precipitation method.Fluorescence spectra showed that the fluorescence emission peak of Ce3+:YGG and La3+,Ce3+:YGG samples was520nm, corresponding to Ce3+ion level transition,but the fluorescence emission peak of Sm3+,Ce3+:YGG sample was610nm, belongs to Sm3+ion level transition,and the fluorescence emission peak of Pr3+,Ce3+:YGG samples was490nm, belongs to Pr3+ion energy level transition, it was that because the fluorescence intensity of Sm3+or Pr3+was higher than the fluorescence intensity of Ce3+ion, so the fluorescence emission of Ce3+ion was not found. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | RE3+(RE=La,Sm,Pr),Ce3+:YGG, polycrystalline luminous powder, gel low temperature combustion method, co-precipitation method | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
