Polyester industrial does high dependence on oil resources, and it impacts on the environment in the process of producing or using. So many researchers are increasingly concerned about the productions and applications of the environment-friendly bio-based polyester materials, Therefore, bio-based aliphatic polyester is a kind of excellent biodegradable material which has been mass produced. The bio-based aromatic polyester is more excellent than bio-based aliphatic polyester in thermal properties and mechanical properties. So, the following two aspects are carried out in this study.poly(ethylene2,5-furandicarboxylate)(PEF) prepared by FDCA,Bio-based aromatic polymer poly(ethylene2,5-furandicarboxylate)(PEF) is prepared by direct esterification method. The structural of bio-based2,5-furnadicarboxylic acid(FDCA) is similar to that of oil-based terephthalic acid (PTA). Therefore, PEF prepared by FDCA and ethylene glycol(EG), is regard as a possible alternative to a polyethylene terephthalate material terephthalate (PET) which is by FDCA and EG. Preparing a series of PEF polyesters by changing the concentration of catalyst, molar ratio of raw material, vacuum degree and the content of the stabilizer, and they have the reduced viscosity in a range of0.20-0.97dL/g. Thermal characterization shows that the Tg of PEF is84.39℃, which is15℃higher than PET with.Preparing the PEF/MWCNT nanocomposities by in situ synthese. The results of FT-IR and1H NMR show that, compared to PEF, the structures of the nanocomposities which added MWCNT do not change significantly. Thermal and mechanical characterizations of the nanocomposities show that, relative to PEF, the elasticity modulus and the tensile stress of nanocomposities have a30%improvement; crystallization propertie has improved and Tm has improved13℃.
