| In this thesis,the asymmetrical diamino indium(III) phthalocyanine was obtained by asymmertrical synthesize which using two different phthalonitrites to make across-condensation.The Pc-GO bonding product was prepared by covalent bond to make the phthalocyanine and oxidized graphene(GO) together.The bonding inititator was obtained by using bonding product as raw material. A series with different molecular weight was prepared by the ATRP polymeration using the methyl methacrylate as the monomer. The samples were characterized by the fourier transfer infrad(FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis) spectroscopy and Z-Scan.Based on the comparision of sample ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, the absorption peaks of asymmetrical diamino indium(III) phthalocyanine in Q-band occur red shift was observed,the initiator polymers occur blue shift in Q-band.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polymers were measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).As the result shown.the polymerization reaction has good controllability.and the molecular weights distribution of polymers was narrow.The YAG pulse laser system with the wavelength of532nm and21ps pulse take Z-scan measurement to study the third-order nonlinear optical properties of asymmertrical diamino indium(III) phthalocyanine and a series phthalocyanine derivative.When the molecular weight of two polymers was9063and12196,the value of polymer is8.1×10-11esu and2.1×10-11esu, respectively. |
