Glycosphingolipids is a sugar decorated compound, that exist on the surface of the cell membrane and participate in the social behavior of cells, is closely related to the generation of a number of diseases and prevention process, analogy glycosphingolipids is based on the structure of the natural glycosphingolipids synthesized identical to the chemical properties of the compound with similar structure. By organic synthesis or enzyme synthesis method analogy sphingoglycolipid its biology research has a very important significance, is also critical for the prevention and treatment of some diseases.Firstly, stearic acid connected with octadecanol generate a ceramide analogue, then introduced directly in ceramide analogs above designed Linker, that take the use of improved Fisher reaction to one-step synthesis method containing Linker ceramide analogues connected with and D-(+) glucose the D-(+) lactose, and D-(+) maltotriose Globotriosylceramide and sialic acid trisaccharides. By high resolution mass spectrometry and NMR spectra prove have been successfully synthesized five complex analogy sphingoglycolipid compound (double-stranded product), and the synthesis of sialic acid trisaccharides glycosphingolipids will be a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of neoplastic disease.
