With the development of industry,higher performance is required for the control of Hydraulic Capsule Control System (HCCS),simultaneously,good adaptation to worse ambient is also required for HCCS.HCCS is modern mill general kernel technology.The aim of this thesis is to understand the function and the usage characteristics of the HCCS system, master its operation principle,meet the performance target required by the engineering satisfactorily. This topic mainly conducts the research to continualy the Premium Quality Finishing Mill(PQF) control system,the gap control is completes by HCCS. Along with the automatic control theory development, the servo system theory and the practice tends to maturely, and obtained the widespread application. At present, the hydraulic servo already became the weapon to apply the automatic an important aspect which melted and the industry applies the automatic to melt. The high efficiency, was fast, the precise response automatic control system already applies.This article has introduced the research background of roll gap control and the developing situation at home and abroad of roll gap control, expatiates the significance and the main research contents. The paper mainly expounds the content is the basic principle of HCCS and the application in PQF.HCCS composition, working principle and main function, analyzes the research, and combining the actual production discussed HCCS system functions and regulatory function. At the same time has continually carried on the modeling and the simulation to the HCCS of PQF. Has established the adjusting mechanism hydraulic capsule control system transfer function, including the establishment current capacity linearized equation, the current capacity equation of continuity, the strength balance equation, and to this has established the system dynamic performance transfer function, thus has realized the system modeling.In the above research foundation, to the system simulation model, has earned on the performance simulation analysis. In this text, the results of simulations and experiments show that the intelligent PID controller is very self-adaptive and robustness, it has good control effect by restraining efficiently both the load change and external interferences.Finally made the introduction maintenance experience for HCCS system,only for industry technical personnel communication.
