Metallurgical equipment piercer machine is an important part of quality control and rolling efficiency. With the theory of metal pressure processing, control theory and wide application of Medium Voltage AC Drivers systems, as well as the further improvement in the basic disciplines, making piercer to the performance indicators has improved even more. However, the application of medium voltage AC drivers system still has some problems and need further research.In-depth analysis of this article Tianjin Pipe Group Co., Ltd.Φ168series based on the principle of piercer machine, this paper extensivly analyzed and deeply researched the advanced Medium Voltage AC Drivers system ACS6000. The ACS6000system and related theories of a comprehensive system for the future Medium Voltage AC Drivers system oblique transformation is presented to provide a theoretical basis. In this paper, the project Medium Voltage AC Drivers system as the research object, on the working principle, core techniques, system components and performance characteristics are described. In this paper, the development of models of synchronous and induction motors determine the good performance of ACS6000system and good quality of speed control system. And this paper summarizes some practical fault diagnosis and treatment methods based on on site working experiences and control theory.Research, the combination of ACS6000system, work characteristics and product structure, expand the number of trials and feasibility studies. Input-output ratio in the enterprise under the premise of optimal depth analysis of the ACS6000system, combined with characteristics of enterprises to optimize the working of ACS6000system system to achieve the best return on investment.
