Silver is broad application prospects with high recycling value, and the price is high,thus using new efficient separation technology to improve the recovery, utilization of silver resources and improve the resource utilization of silver is of great significance. Da Jingzi Mine is rich in copper, silver and tin non-ferrous metal ore, the original separation process can be recycled copper and silver, but the grade of silver in sulfur concentrate is relatively low, this part of the silver is not effective recovery, which is in a waste of resources, thus using new efficient separation technology to improve the recovery,utilization of silver resources and improve the resource utilization of silver is of great significance.The object of this project is sulfur concentrate of Da Jingzi Mine, we carried out a systematic process mineralogy research. We determined the multi-metal separation process on the basis of the existing process, and improved the quality of sulfur concentrate.For silver sulfide ore we carry on research to determine the appropriate separation process, ensure that the grade of silver concentrate to meet the smelting requirements under the premise to maximize the recovery of silver.Firstly,we carried out a systematic process mineralogy research,The results showed that silver minerals were mainly freibergite and trace amounts of argentite, the silver minerals were even living body, there was no single silver minerals. Silver minerals were mainly associated with chalcopyrite, sphalerite,also some associated with pyrite and arsenopyrite.According to the process mineralogy of the ore, we carried out flotation process researches, mainly on the grinding fineness,type and amount of inhibitor,type of collector dosages,flotation pulp temperature,flotation time and other factors on the floating the impact of the election. Ultimately to determine paragraph rougher suitable process conditions: Sodium n-butylxanthate dosages as20g/t, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate dosages amount for the10g/t, the lime used in an amount of7000g/t, and the flotation time is3 minutes. Under these conditions, obtained by flotation concentrate silver silver concentrate grade of520.09g/1, the recovery rate was21.55%.There are open and closed circuit tests under conditions appropriate technology and pharmaceutical dosage. Open circuit test results show that:after a roughing, selection and twice scavenger flotation final concentrate silver grades of up to603.20g/t, the concentrate recovery was16.66%. The closed road test results show that the closed-circuit test:on the basis of the open-circuit test,179.07g/t in ore grade, as shown above process and the pharmaceutical system, and ultimately closed-product silver ore concentrate was6.23%, concentrate recovery was20.65%, it indicated better to achieve the expected goals of the trial.Finally, used of electron microscopy, conducted a preliminary study on the mechanism of action and the flotation process flotation reagent and mineral.This study has achieved the recovery of silver minerals in sulfur concentrate, Da Jingzi-copper polymetallic resource utilization is of great significance.
