Tetrazine energetic compounds usually show large positive heats of formation, high density, remarkable insensitivity and thermal stability. And it’s friendly to the environment. The tetrazine energetic compounds have been researched actively in recent years.(1) Synthsis of tetrazine energetic compounds3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-l-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (BT), which was an important precursor to synthesize tetrazine compounds, was synthesized with guanidine nitrate, hydrazine hydrate and acethylacetone. Several compounds were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reactions, including3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (DAT),3-hydrazino-6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (HDMPT),3,6-dihydrazino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (DHT),3,3’-azobis(6-amino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine)(DAAT), N3-(3-amino-1,2,5-oxadia-zole-4-yl)-3-amino-6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin (MPAOT), N3,N4-bis(6-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-y1)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-y1)-3,4-diaminofurazan (BTF) and N3,N6-bis(3-amino-1,2,5-oxadiazole-4-yl)-3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (BOAT).(2) Synthesis of trinitroethyl energetic compounds derived from tetrazineThe new energetic compounds derived from1,2,4,5-tetrazine were synthesized and studied in this thesis.N3,N6-bis(2,2,2-trinitroethyl)-3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (BTAT),3,3’-azobis(N-(2,2,2-trinitroethyl)-6-amino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine)(BATAT)N3,N6-bis(N3-(2,2,2-trinitroethyl)-3-amino-1,2,5-oxadiazole-4-yl)-3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (BTAOT) were synthesized by reacting DAT, DAAT, BOAT, DHT and BCT with2,2,2-trinitroethanol. The reactions of DHT with2,2,2-trinitroethanol hadn’t obtained desired products.3-chloro-6-(2,2,2-trinitroethoxy)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine was synthesized by BCT and2,2,2-trinitro-ether.The compounds were characterized by MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and IR. In addition, the energetic performance parameters of BTAT, BATAT, BTAOT, BTHT and BTOT were predicted theoretically. The results demonstrate that trinitroethyl can be attributed to improve the ergetic performance of tetrazine energetic compounds.
