Quality And Safety Control And Pre-Warning System Development For Row Milk

Dairy industry is an extremely fast developing industry in last decade in China. However, some serious incidents such as the Big-Head Baby incident and the melamine incident in these years reflected imperfection in existing safety control system for dairy products, which seemed not capable to completely guarantee the safety of dairy products as well as the healthy development of the industry. Thus, this study focuses on the key questions of raw milk quality and safety control, and the results are shown as follows.1) establishing a safety and quality tracing and monitoring system for raw milkThe safety and quality tracing and monitoring system is composed of quality control system of raw milk based on RFID technology, quality spot analysis and monitoring system of raw milk, and quality and temperature monitoring and warning system of dairy products in transit. It is an intelligent, networked and digitized system used for monitoring quality of raw milk, which is useful for establishing rapid detection system to realize fast feedback of dairy products quality. Additionally, it is also useful to realize the entire temperature tracking and ensure the safety and quality of dairy products in transit.2) developing a raw milk quality management system based on RFID technologyThe raw milk quality management system based on RFID technology (MQMS system) is a synthetic system using RFID sensor technology, ultrasonic milk composition analysis technology, and electronic weighing technology. It is able to record individual milk yield, milk quality and cow weight at certain condition continuously and accurately, in order to trace and manage milk quality individually.3) designing a whole process quality control and pre-warning system for raw milkWe introduced information means such as risk assessment and pre-warning into milk quality control field to analyze risk management information systems of dairy industry both national and international. According to the existing risk management information system of fresh milk in China and its defect, we figured out the effect of information means on quality control of fresh milk, and designed a system for quality control and risk assessment and pre-warning of fresh milk based on the key indexes, which has been applied in Beingmate.
