| In recent years, with the increasing demand in the domestic market of nonionic surfactant, many enterprises are in urgent need of rebuilding the existing ethoxylation reaction device. This article is based on the existing external circulating spray ethoxylation reaction device, for the purpuse of designing of large external circulation ethoxylated device, theoretical and experimental research was carried on the circulation system for atomization ethoxylated gas-liquid reactor. It mainly include the following contents:1. This article has analysed the process flow of external circulating ethoxylation reaction device, researched how the external circulation system works, and ascertained the key technology of the circulatory system.2. This article introduces the atomization mechanism of atomization nozzle in the circulatory system, makes a deep analysis in the structure characteristics of low pressure swirl atomizing nozzle and the influence of structure parameters on atomization performance. A low pressure swirl atomizing nozzle which satisfies the process contiditions was designed according to the equivalent geometric characteristic method and a three-dimensional model of the nozzle was established.3. According to the working principle of the circulatory system, we design a experimental device which be able to test the atomization performance of nozzle, and we test the droplet quality of spray nozzle by using the laser particle size analyzer.4. In this article, CFD numerical simulation for atomizing nozzle was conducted by using Fluent. We simulate the internal flow field and the external atomization situation of atomizing nozzle, finding that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.5. According to the process conditions, we has determined the parameters of a large gas-liquid reactor recycle system, including the material and heat balance calculation of the entire circulatory system, the model parameters of material circulating pump in the circulatory system and model selection of heat exchanger in the circulation loop. This article also propose the reactor optimization design method of atomization ethoxylation reactor. |
