Design And Optimization Of Wuhan Petrochemical Company Circulating Water Process

This paper took water from water treatment plant as basic water sample, property of the water sample was analyzed carefully, aiming at three harms of open type circulating water system including corrode, scaling and microorganism, basic water treatment scheme was determined. Meanwhile, we investigated usage of drugs at similar circulating water plant, and chose water treatment drugs which had been successfully used before, then their performances of scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition were studied. In this paper, we tried our best to simulate practical water, static scale inhibition, rotating hanger and dynamic simulation experiment were carried out, comprehensively and practically studied the performances of drugs. In final, we selected the suitable drug to treat the water according to the test results. After the selection of drugs, according to washing, cold running, cleaning pre-film, normal running of new circulating water system, we put forward some suitable suggestions for running of circulating and cooling water system which made operation of circulating water system become more security and economic.
