| Continuous extrusion technology is a kind of plastic forming methods with high efficient, economy and energy saving. In the continuous extrusion, plastic deformation power is transformed into heat energy, dynamic recrystallization is occurred, evenly microstructure is obtained, and the product mechanics performance is improved. H62Brass ally with a higher mechanical properties, wear resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical. H62brass has got more and more attention in continuous extrusion area, because of cheap price, abundant resources and good performance hot working.Directing to the problems of H62brass alloy billet with a high deformation resistance and serious wearing of the die in the room temperature continuous extrusion, the processing method of preheating for H62brass alloy billet was used in this paper. The process of continuous extrusion, product microstructure and properties of H62brass alloy were analysised after numerical simulation and experiment under the conditions of room temperature and preheating temperature of250℃and450℃for H62brass alloy billet. And provide the basis theoretical guidance for the production of continuous extrusion.The DEFORM software was used for analyzing the H62brass alloy during continuous extrusion. The influence of the preheating temperature of billet on the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, temperature, torque of extrusion wheel, loading of guide roller, loading of block and die was analysised.The results show that with the increasing of the preheating temperature, the equivalent stress decrease, equivalent strain increase, the temperature of the products is higher, torque of extrusion wheel decrease, loading of guide roller decrease, loading of block decrease, loading of die decrease.TLJ250continuous extrusion machinery was applied to do the experiment of H62brass continuous extrusion. The temperature of the die extance, microstructure and mechanical properties of the products was analysised on different preheating temperature of the billet. The results show that with the increasing of the preheating temperature, the temperature of the die extance is higher; the grain size becomes more uniform and refine, and hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the products increase.Mechanical properties of the products increase obviously, and the properties of H62products improve obviously around the preheating temperature250℃. |
