Oil brings huge economic benefits, At the same time it also poses a significant threat to the ecological environment. The pollution of oil on the environment and human health hazards has gradually attracted the attention of everyone. It is very urgent for environment workers to find the methods and techniques of controlling oil pollution. The main subject of my research for marine oil pollution biological enhancement technology. It mainly includes the following two aspects:immobilized biological activated carbon technology and moving bed biofilm reactor process.1. The experiment use10mesh activated carbon to be the immobilized carrier, immobilization of four bacteria of crude oil capacity saved by the laboratory of Dalian Jiaotong University. The experimental results show that the degradation effect of crude oil of the immobilized biological activated carbon is better than the free bacteria.The degradation of crude oil removal rate of immobilized biological activated carfbon is67.8%, higher than the separate dosing of bacterial suspension which the degradation of crude oil removal rate is46.8%. The experiment also do the researsh on the the degradation ability of the immobilized biological activated carbon, in order to determine the best-immobilized operating conditions.The best-immobilized operating conditions are:The dosage of activated carbon particles is12.0g (dry weight) in per liter fixed medium,the best immobilized time is18h, the best immobilized shaking speed isl60r/min, the largest crude oil removal rate is69.5%at these operating conditions.2. The moving bed biofilm reactor is made of plexiglass, pump and other equipment in laboratory, the bio-filler choose the polyurethane foam block, Then add high efficient bacterial suspension exogenous into the moving bed biofilm reactor. Regular monitoring the total petroleum hydrocarbon.Experimental research:(1)Do the water filler fill rate dynamic tests to determine the best fill rate.(2)The moving bed biofilm reactor starts with the domestication of strains, then study the different effect of degradation on crude oil at different oil concentrations, different aeration rate, different nitrogen, phosphorusthe nutrient.(3)Do the biology research in the reactor.Observe the biofilm structure of the surface of the filler in the experiment and at last separated a yeast strain which has the ability to degrade the oil from the reactor, and done the preliminary biological identification.The experimental results show that the best fill rate of moving bed biofilm reactor is16%;the maximum oil concentration of the reactor can withstand is470mg/L, the best aeration rate is0.65L/min,the best dosage of nitrogen and phosphorusthe nutrient is NH4NO3 0.6g/L,KH2PO41.2g/L, Na2HPO41.8g/L,we preliminary regard the isolated yeast strain is belong to Yarrowia lipolytica through the morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics and26S rDNA phylogenetic analysis.
