with the development of our country pipeline construction, pipeline crossing technologyhas become an important part of storage and transportation system,and has been widely used.Though floating pipeline sedimentation technology is cheap, but its higher requirements forthe environment and geographical. The most link of pipelaying is transport pipeline topredetermined water for immersed tube, in this process,piping will has the effect of wind,wave and rivers. In order to ensure the safety of transport and the safety in the process oflaying pipes,and at the same time reduce the cost,determine the pipeline of environmentload,it’s is very important to Calculate the strength and stable performance of the pipe whenthe immersed tube.This paper rely on lanzhou-changsha-zhengzhou pipeline across land and water in theriver section of the pipeline. Through the choice of the construction program in theconstruction process, the force of the underwater pipeline deformation,mechanical checkingand pipeline sink in place stability performance. It shows that the program has strong the waterdepth adaptability and economical dfficiency and it has a vast domestic application prospects.This article has carried on the complex towage and mechanics analysis of pipe installationphase to ensure the safety of the pipeline in the construction process. Mechanics calculationand analysis proves that the selected construction technology can ensure safety in pipelineconstruction engineering; Pipe mechanical properties such as strength and stability all meet therequirements.
