Salvianolic acid B is the most important Phenolic acid compound in the Salviamihiorrhiza bge, and has the widespread pharmacology activities, but apparent oil/waterpartition coefficient is small, is not easy to be absorbed;Phytosome is a new drug deliverysystem in recent years. Many natural drugs, especially, some types of flavonoids, may exhibita marked affinity for phospholipids. The drug-phospholipid complexes called phytosomes,may show some superior chemico-physical properties and enhance the absorption of the drugs.The dissolve capacities and the bioavailabilities can be improved.In the article, purifying Salvianolic acid B, confirming the condition of preparation,character of complex was studied; the Salvianolic Acid B was isolated and purified by usingof Silica Gel、Sephadex LH-20,and CG161resin; The reaction condition such as reactionsolvent, reaction time, Salvianolic acid B concentration,the proportion of Salvianolic acid Band Lecithin and reaction temperature to formated Salvianolic acid B-Lecithin complexwas determined after studing the single fact and orthogonal test of the complex preparation;The complex is characterized by infrared spectrum and UV spectrum; the Apparent solubilityand apparent oil/water partition coefficient (P) of complex is investigated.The results indicated that the purity of Salvianolic acid B is98.5%.and the product hasa good stability and could be used for formation directly; the preparation condition ofSalvianolic acid B-Lecithin complex was:the reaction concentration of salvianolic acid Bwas2mg/mL, the reaction proportion of Salvianolic acid B: Lecithin was1:0.8(w:w), thereaction time was50min under55℃in Tetrahydrofuran solvent. According to the analysis ofinfrared spectrum and UV spectrum; the complex has formed; the research of physical andchemical properties indicated that the Apparent solubility of the complex was heighted nearly80times in N-Octanol and4times in water than Salvianolic acid B, and the oil/waterdistribute coefficient (P) of the complex was heighted10times than Salvianolic acid B.
