With the development and Maturity of GNSS technology, GNSS technology has been applied in many projects, such as Engineering Surveying, Control Surveying, Geodesy, and Deformation Monitoring. The increasing positioning accuracy, all-weather, high efficiency, wide-range, Internship dynamic continuous observation and all other advantages of GNSS, have make it become one of the primary means of modern deformation monitoring. Especially the regional mine open-pit slope deformation monitoring, GNSS has become relatively efficient and accurate monitoring technology.The Cihai iron ore belongs to open-pit blasting mining iron ore, the lager depth of mine excavation, higher and steeper slope, more and more serious rock fractures, all above features lead to its higher requirements for security monitoring. So, how to master the slope stability situation by deformation monitoring, systematic collation and analysis for monitoring data, and forecast, warning for slope deformation situation timely and effective, all those are important factors to safety production for mine.In this paper, it is proceed from the point of view of the safety monitoring for the open-air high and steep slope of Cihai iron ore, combine the assessment of slope stability that based on geological survey, established the regional deformation monitoring and control1network for mine, adopt the advanced means of GNSS positioning technology, higher standard of measurement and displacement measurement, to periodic monitoring of the mine open pit slope and dump. Besides, on the basis of establish the database of the mine deformation monitoring, analyzed several classical models of deformation monitoring forecasting, analysis and data processing, developed the safety monitoring information system for the open-pit Cihai iron ore slope, and scientific management, processing analysis for monitoring data, in order to grasp the trend of slope deformation, forecast and early warning for the slope deformation, guidance the safety and efficient production for mine, and also to prevent large-scale catastrophic accident due to slope deformation.This article studies with the problems of deformation monitoring data processing mainly. Analyzed several classical models of deformation monitoring forecasting and analysis.Besides, it based on SQL Server database system and C#.NET platform, designed safety monitoring information system software for the open-pit CiHai iron mine slope.Achieved scientific system management, data processing for Slope monitoring data, settlement, displacement analysis and early warning, forecasting for slope deformation functions, and also makes the results of deformation analysis can be displayed or output in the forms of Excel and graphical reports. Finally, the article summarizes some of the problems in the CiHai iron mine slope deformation monitoring, and prospects the trends of mine slope deformation monitoring technology.1. Combine to the examples of slope deformation monitoring systems engineering of CiHai iron mine, introduced the status of the open-pit iron slope deformation monitoring. From the engineering point of hydrogeo logical studied the formation mechanism of the open-pit CiHai iron mine slope deformation. Combine to the Rock and Soil Mechanics, geological engineering, geology and other scientific knowledge for slope stability to analyze, extends the theories and methods of surveying and mapping disciplines that purely from the data point of research and inversion slope deformation trend, provide some new ideas for the study of open-pit mine slope deformation monitoring.2. Take the CiHai iron mine slope safety monitoring program for example, described in detail the preliminary investigation of the deformation monitoring for systems engineering, project implementation, slope monitoring systems engineering technical design, slope monitoring network layout and construction, slopestability analysis and data processing flow and deformation monitoring information system software and database development and design process, the system introduced deformation monitoring projects inside and outside the industry, operating processes and software development work.3. Designe and development an three-tier system software "Cil lai iron mine open-pit slope safety monitoring information system based on C/S mode; Can managed the data of CiHai iron mine slope data and process the slope monitoring data; Use SQL Server2005database management slope monitoring data. Achieved scientific system management, data processing for Slope monitoring data, settlement, displacement analysis and early warning, forecasting for slope deformation functions, and also makes the results of deformation analysis can be displayed or output in the forms of Excel and graphical reports. This article shows how to design and develop an economical and practical slope safety monitoring information system software with a lot of C#code.4. Analysis the regression analysis model and the gray system model which more commonly used in the deformation monitoring and forecasting analysis, using C#language linear regression model and gray GM (1,1) model code and applied to the CiHai iron mine open-pit slope safety monitoring information system slope deformation forecast analysis. Use of the CiHai iron mine slope deformation monitoring data, to verify the accuracy and usefulness of the two prediction models, and were compared with the measured data, and briefly evaluation of the pros and cons of the two models deformation Monitoring trends were discussed.
