Can gasify lignite, low chemical reactivity of anthracite and bituminous coal, petroleum coke, less investment, low production cost.With the development of computer and the development of industrial control technique, parameter model of continuous improvement, control system of ash agglomerating coal gasification technology to the PLC program from R&D to manually control the first control to computer control progress. Because the ash agglomeration technique, many parameters of the system, through human calculation does not meet the requirements, and the PLC control program is only suitable for the realization of control equipment operation simple, test the program design process can not try to achieve, in addition with the development requirements of test, field test data can be uploaded to a network management for the analysis, therefore, rely on powerful data storage capacity calculation, computer control system, network communication ability, excellent reproducibility and accuracy, can very good complete the data transmission, provided reliable guarantee for the whole test process and control.Based on the introduction of ash agglomerating coal gasification technology related technology, combined with the design and implementation of computer control system of the test platform of pressurized ash agglomerating compound bed pulverized coal gasification, the completion of the use of OPC technology, the PLC control system and computer control systems for data exchange between the temperature, pressure, transfer; the state of the valve test information; establish the model parameters needed for testing and control; the design of real-time database and historical database; the test design and the man-machine interface and the report system.The design of this system follows the system is practical, advanced, stability, energy saving principle, system configuration to achieve the advanced level, have a certain social and economic benefits. The system has been test run, along with test and step by step, the system of continuous improvement, is bound to the ash agglomeration play a tremendous role in promoting technology development.
