Our country is a production and consumption leading power of coal, however, coal safety accidents occur frequently, Gas explosion accidents severely threaten people’s lives and property and enterprise’s safe production. So studying on gas flame propagation law has theoretical direction and practical value which can prevent and decrease incidence of gas explosion accidents and develop devices of anti-explosion and explosion suppression. This paper by means of self-designed devices study propagation law of gas flame pressure in tubes. In stainless tubes, through changing shape, obstacles, position distance igniting end Studies obstacle’s influence to flame propagation law and gets flame pressure and precursor parameters in different obstacles condition. Research results find that flame peak pressure is bigger than circular obstacle’s, flame peak pressure first increases and then decreases with the increase of blockage ratio, flame peak pressure of obstacles laying in tube’s middle position is bigger than laying in tube’s ends. Propagation law of precursor pressure is similar to that of flame pressure entirely. This paper Studies on propagation of flame pressure in right-angle tube and tee joint tubes. In right-angle tubes, Flame pressure first increases and then decreases, flame pressure come to maximum when flame distance quarter bend from some length comes to maximum. In tee joint tubes, flame pressure also comes to maximum when flame distance quarter bend from some length comes to maximum. Flame peak pressure of two different igniting method in tee joint tubes is different.
