The theoretical discussion on air turbine system has been carried out by the comprehensive application of air dynamic, theoretical mechanics and materials mechanics and so on, meanwhile, the calculation method on turbine and speed of air turbine has been summarized, and we can attain that its highest speed is14735r/min when pneumatic pump turbine system works without loads. It is easy to harm the safety the problem of safety on mine pneumatic pump, three design schemes are supplied on safety speed-limited protective device, which are friction safety speed-limited protective device^air limited safety speed-limited protective device and automatic control safety speed-limited protective device.According to the study on structure characteristics and working condition of safety speed-limited protective device of mine pneumatic pump, the evaluation criteria and evaluation index system are put forward concretely. Three of safty speed-limited productive device of mine pneumatic pump are evaluated by the combination of fuzzy evaluation and weighted scoring method, the evaluation device is best, automatic control safety speed-limited protective device is best, automatic control safety speed-limited protective device is better, but friction safety speed-limited protective device geted low scores because of its safety problem. |
