Gas-liquid Double-action Backplane Anchor Drill Design And Research

For decades, the disaster of the bottom heave has been restricting China’s coal mine safety and normal production. There is not drilling equipment which is used in special environment of coal mine and does not affect roadway normal operation to provide anchorage cable hole for cable support. So this cable support is difficult to be used in the treatment of bottom heave.The purpose of this research is to invent a small volume, reasonable quality, convenient transportation drilling equipment, this equipment can quickly into the hole in the coal mine roadway floor, in order to anchor this support can be applied to control floor heave.This paper developed backplane cable drill which is used in the treatment of bottom heave, through research some manufacturers drill in some places such as Hebei, Gansu, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Beijing, Chongqing. I detailed analysis of the shortage of current cable drills. Through consulting a large number of data and a lot of analysis and finally put forward the general structure of the drill solutions, and complete the overall mechanism design. Because the slag-off has an important influence on the drilling, therefore this article has carried on the analysis to the gas discharge. I select the main components of the drill according to the backplane anchor drill work parameters and completed the main parts of structure design of backplane anchor drill. I design hydraulic and pneumatic control system according to the functional requirements.The laboratory and underground industrial experiment were carried out after the backplane anchor drill developed. Laboratory experiments show that the new type of drill performance reached the design requirements. Underground experiment results show that the new developed drill convenient operation, safety and achieve the purpose of a fast drilling, drilling velocity reached3.5min/m. The drilling speed contains manual operation time.The backplane anchor drill developed success shows that the backplane anchor pore forming technology is a major breakthrough in soft rock roadway in our country, and at the same time means that we have hop to treat the bottom heave which long plagued our country coal mine production.
