| Pesticide microcapsule release agent is always a hot topic in green pesticide formulations research in recent years. In order to find excellent micro capsules, synthetic polymers and natural polymers were selected as wall materials in this paper, and the development process and release mechanism were thoroughly studied. Additionally two different kinds of high performance cyhalothrin microcapsule suspensions were developed; also their structures were characterized by SEM, and conducted a preliminary release of the product model fitting. Finally, their industrial production was studied. The main contents were as follows:1. Selected polymer materials urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives and natural polymeric materials KGM/XG as wall material respectively, high performance cyhalothrin pesticide microcapsule suspensions were prepared, and their various properties were compared.2. Discussed the effects of the solvent, the amount of wall material, water quality, and emulsifiers on high performance cyhalothrin microcapsule suspensions, furthermore the influences of acidity regulator speed, stirring speed, and curing time on encapsulation efficiency and particle size were studied. Ultimately, the best preparation program was identified and the shape and appearance were tested by SEM.3. According to the release mechanism of microcapsules, the release behavior of microcapsules was studied in different conditions of water, air and soil. And on the basis of the release mechanism, fitted with four kinds of drug release kinetics model. The results showed that microcapsules release is phased and must be described by different kinetic models in different periods.4. Researched and designed the production equipments and processing methods of microcapsules suspensions according to production of pesticide suspensions, combined with the actual needs of the production, the trial production of20%cyhalothrin microcapsule suspensions was carried out. |
