Zhongcheng equipment company is developing "XJ90Z vehicle workover machine" project,this thesis focuses on the design and research of the hydraulic system, XJ90Z vehicle workoverrig is the specialized machinery and equipment of oil well pipe column or well repair, mainlyused for tubing, sucker rod and pump up and down. XJ90Z of truck mounted workover rig is akind of compact structure, migration of oil drilling and workover equipment, mainly by thevehicle, engine, gearbox, angle gearbox, derrick, crane, swim hook, winch and control systemcomponents, transport convenient; the main components and the control valve selectioninternational and domestic famous brand products, safe and reliable performance; has moved lesstrips, migration, low cost and fast transportation and installation.This paper firstly introduces the situation and problems of workover rig the existence ofXJ90Z workover rig development at home and abroad, analyzes the significance of studying thistopic. The study of this thesis is mainly divided into two parts, first of all, the paper analyses theworking principle of XJ90Z vehicle workover rig hydraulic system, hydraulic system and theexisting problems are analyzed; secondly, the XJ90Z workover rig hydraulic system of flow,pressure calculation; through calculating the hydraulic system should be selection the pumpoutput range, and corresponding to different displacement pump hydraulic system calculation,selection, pressure loss calculation, analysis and study, comparing the different displacementpump according to the calculated hydraulic system and the hydraulic system, and ultimatelydetermine the overall control scheme of XJ90Z workover rig hydraulic system; the hydraulicdetermine the control system for the heating of the check, all meet the design standards.According to the model of hydraulic system components assembly calculation, selection ofcompletion, the factory test fully prove whether the workover machine meets the requirements offield operation, and then prove whether the hydraulic control system can effectively control thepressure of a hydraulic control system transmission loss, control of the actuator valves areeffective, while determining the new hydraulic the control system functions well, better controlperformance, can meet the actual needs.
