| The centrifuge is a rotating apparatus of complex structure, rely on centrifugalforce generated by high-speed rotation of the rotor for separation, concentration andpurification operations.Generally, the centrifuge which maximum speed more than30000r/min is called ultracentrifuge.The reliability works as an emerging engineering discipline, not only widely usedin aviation, aerospace, weapons, ships, nuclear industry, electronics and othertechnical departments, but also is gradually applied in instrument,machinery,automobile, metallurgy, construction, petrochemical and other civilian industrial. Atthe same time, reliability theory, reliability models and statistical methods ofreliability are further developed with its widely useness.With the rapid developmentof science and technology, especially in the21st century, reliability study has shownaccelerated trend year after year, showing multi-point, diversified developmenttrend.Ultracentrifuge may occur a variety of failures during its operation, affect itsreliability of normal operation seriously.In order to protect the ultracentrifuge’s safeand reliable operation, reduce economic losses and avoid personal injury or death, itis necessary to research the ultracentrifuge reliability.Ultracentrifuge’s reliability is acomplex research, it is determined by the design, manufacture, use, maintenance andother factors. In this paper, analysis two aspects of electronic control system of thehardware reliability and software reliability, research the reliability of theultracentrifuge.In this paper,first,introduced the significance of reliability research developmentat home and abroad and the ultracentrifuge’s reliability research.Elaborated on theworking principle of the ultracentrifuge, composition and technical parameters.Andthen analyse the methods of reliability theory briefly, provide a theoretical basis forthe appropriate choice of method of hardware reliability and software reliabilityresearch.In the research of hardware reliability, detailed study the reliability of therotor, control panels, motors, drives.Introduce the Fault Tree Analysis in the study ofultracentrifuge reliability for the first time for the analysis of the reliability of thesetwo critical components of the ultracentrifuge’s rotor and motor,identify their weaklink of failure-prone, pointed out the direction to their reliability design. At the sametime, proposed measures and method of reliability design to improve the reliability of all these parts. In the research of software reliability analyse the significance of theresearch of software reliability and its development, study the software reliability ofelectronic control system of the ultracentrifuge in detail, analysis the design methodsand processes of software reliability. Finally, propose the measures to improve thesoftware reliability of ultracentrifuge, pointed out the direction to improve the designof software reliability. |
