This project researches on steel surface thermal spraying zinccoating technology, and the design and preparation of two kinds of thermal sprayingzinc coating. In the scanning electron microscope (SEM) were observed under twokinds of zinc coating surface and cross-sectional morphology, with the Genesis60spectrometer (EDS) coating was observed the microstructure, analyzes thecomposition and physical properties.Study of two kinds of coating corrosion resistance and on steel protection ability,the study was carried out in water immersion test, test cycle for1years.
