Fine organic chemicals sulfonylurea compounds and antioxidant1330have great important prospects in application and industrialization, and thus cause for great concern. Sulfonylureas have been widely used hypoglycemic agents for medical and ultra-efficient agricultural herbicides, and its herbicide application and research has become the hot spot in the field. Antioxidant1330[1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy benzyl) benzene]was first commerced by Shell Oil Corp in the early20th century. For it is widely used in plastic processing, petrochemical industry has attracted extensive attention. In contrast, the technology development of antioxidant1330in China is relatively backward. Despite the development and research in antioxidant1330was reported in the early20th century, but the industrialized products have not been come out. Therefore developing the synthesis of antioxidant1330has important value, which will be of great significance to promote the further development of Chinese antioxidant industry.There are mainly two sections in the thesis:In the first section, seven novel phenylsulfonylurea derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-2-imidazolidone and benzenesulfonyl chlorides and structurally characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis. We also explored the different reaction conditions. When benzene chloride substituents were the p-nitro or p-fluorine, the two compounds have good biological herbicidal activity, which will have good prospects for industrial application.In the second section, we studied the reaction of the process conditions of antioxidant1330in detail, including the mass fraction of sulfuric acid, reaction temperature, reaction time, raw materials molar ratio, the amount of sulfuric acid. We also investigated the effect of additives such as methylal, paraformaldehyde, formaldehyde aqueous solution, acetic acid on the reaction yields. It is concluded that the optimum conditions were94%sulfuric acid as catalyst, temperature(-10~0℃), the mole ratio(3.5:1),sulfuric acid1.2eq (mole ratio), reaction time (one hour). It is found that methylal could not only improve the yield of antioxidants1330but also inhibite the formation of by-products. All the experimental data will play important role for the antioxidant1330industrialization.
