Carbon source is the key to anoxia efficiently denitrifying and anaerobic efficiently releasing phosphorus. To the low C/N sewage water how to realize the efficient utilization of organic matter and reach good denitrification and phosphorus removal is particularly important. In this paper, under the background of section water technology, with the help of sewage molecular weight cut determining the molecular weight distribution characteristics and the migration of the organic matter in the biological treatment system. From the response of every processing unit to the molecular weight distribution of organic matter to provide a new thought for analysis the using of organic matter denitrification in denitrification and phosphorus removal. The results showed that:(1)Through step feed process, most of the ten sections of organic matter in domestic water division had been removed efficiently. Experimental results showed that the organic matter which molecular weight were>0.45μm、10w to80w、1w to10w、<Ik had great utilization efficiency,the utilization efficiency were above83percent, molecular weight of3k to5k had the lowest removal efficiently,that was only13.64percent.(2) In anoxic unit the organic matter which the molecular weight were>80w and<1k were in the majority, the middle molecular weight sections organic matter were almost nearly in the minority,after the step feed processing most sections organic matter were reduced. Anoxic denitrification had a higher transformation utilization rate to the organic matter that molecular weight were>0.45μm、80w-0.45μm、<1w in the process of macromolecular organic matter transformation utilization,and the granular organic (>0.45μm) conversion utilization rate is the largest.(3) Research the change of organic matter molecular weight distribution of aerobic in step feed process,we found that the high organic matter of molecular weight of>0.45μm、10w to80w,<3k will inhibit the nitrification.Experimental results showed that aerobic had a higher conversion utilization rate to the organic matter that molecular weight of>0.45μm、10w to80w and<3k in the process of the molecular weight above1k organic matter transformation utilization, the more of the small molecule organic matter generated by organic matter transformation, the more obvious inhibition of nitrification.(4) Research the change of organic matter molecular weight distribution of anaerobic in step feed process,we found that the anaerobic unit had a higher conversion utilization rate to the organic matter that molecular weight of>1w and<1k;the higher of the organic matter change efficiency of molecular weight80w to0.45μm、10w to80w、1w to10w and<1k in anaerobic unit, the more phosphorus release amount in anaerobic.
