Since Eleventh Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, mine drainage water treatment projects of the major national coal mine has been set up to increase the water treatment ratio. The research and analysis of mine water treatment station have been conducted to more than thirty coal mines in North China. The research and analysis of the six mines in XingTai district of JINGZHONG ENERGY RESOURCES CO., LTD shows that the reasonable and mature mine water treatment process. However there are lots of problems and huge differences in the mine water treatment projects, as the following:the buffering pond dose not contribute a satisfied buffering and sedimentation function, poor integrated water purifier, terrible construction and mounting projects quality, less operated disinfection system and sludge dehydration system, less advanced automation, so the operation and management standard should be improved.The suggestions are proposed according to the problems of quantity of mine water, fluctuant water quality, insufficient capacity of pre-sedimentation and buffering pond, attention should be paid to the relationship between mine water discharge time and mine water treatment capacity, the pre-sedimentation and buffering pond should be equipped with reasonable sludge drain facility and drain sludge perdiocally.The integrated water purifier has the advantages such as less land occupancy and instant installation, on the contrary it performs poorly on the mass water content and fast variable water quality conditions. When applied in the mine water treatment fields, the designated parameters should be calibrated e.g. hydraulic retention time, reaction time, and sedimentation load etc.The mine water treatment projects always comes with less developed automation, and it mostly adopt metering pump for dosing and HUZ which significant decrease the dosing precision and effected the follow-up mine water treatment. If the PLC applied in the mine water treatment field, not only the labor will be reduced, but also guarantee the final outlet water quality.The sludge treatment system and disinfection system are both in stand-by condition, the reduction of sludge discharge will cause some disadvantages for the lone-term operation of system. It is significantly for improving the mine water treatment effect and construction quality by tighten the construction supervision, and enhance the comprehensive management level and strategy.Xingdong mine is the National Ecological Environment Model Mine, and produce mine without pollution of the ground. However in recent years Xingdong Mine dose not performs well in the mine water treatment, as a result of this, Xingdong Mine conduct experiment analysis and dynamic simulation, which provide reasonable suggestion for Xingdong Mine water treatment improvement project.
