In recent years, with the push our country coal industry for high efficient andintensive production, coal mining technology has also made great progress, one of theimportant mechanical equipment on coal industry of the scraper conveyor are also putforward higher request.First, this paper deals with heavy scraper conveyor static calculation, especially forheavy scraper conveyor of the additional bending resistance is improved. There wasdifferent from those of the additional bending resistance calculation, this paper will notonly bending section of the horizontal displacement calculation of the additionalbending resistance, and taking into consideration the vertical bending of the circular arcangle on the influence of the additional bending resistance. The improved calculationformula of the additional bending resistance makes total heavy scraper conveyorrunning resistance calculation more accurate, heavy scraper conveyor selection morereasonable.Secondly, this paper, by using finite element method for heavy scraper conveyor onthe dynamics calculation, dynamic model of finite element method has been established,and the heavy scraper conveyor running resistance and drive system dynamics analysis.In addition, in order to more accurate calculate the circle chain of work load and thetransient impact load, the finite element method calculation was carried out on therigidity coefficient of round link chain.Finally, in view of the ring in the process of production chains within the elasticrange damage phenomenon, using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E modelbuilt round link chain, and imported into ANSYS Workbench states analysis software,get the stress and displacement nephogram round link chain. In the end, using ANSYSFatigue software get round link chain of Fatigue life under impact load.
