The four disasters of coal mine is mainly water, fire, gas and coal dust. as one ofthese, Flood has a significant impact on coal mine safety production as one of the majordisasters in coal mine.It is also important to assure the safety production in coal minefor timely and effective cleaning water storehouse. There are many dredging methods ofshaft sump,such as Artificial qing WaFa, dig with dredging method and so on,but not soideal for the desilting effects. The four disasters of coal mine is mainly water, fire, gasand coal dust. as one of the, Flood has a significant impact on coal mine safetyproduction as one of the major disasters in coal mine.It is also important to assure thesafety production in coal mine for timely and effective cleaning water storehouse. Thereare many dredging methods of shaft sump,such as Artificial, the method of clear dig,dig with dredging method and so on,but not so ideal for the desilting effects.This project sludge settlement rules and particle distribution were summarizedthrough the sedimentation characteristics of coal slurry and the analysis of the particleproperties,which provide theoretical basis for underground shaft sump of dredgingprocess. Underground shaft sump of dredging process was decomposed into threeprocesses, which include pressure filtration process, Vibration mixing process, andSmoke exhaust process,and research respectively for them. The associated parametersin each process is determined。Making underground shaft sump system can run moreefficiently. According to the above three processes, the core equipment selection isdetermined and Underground shaft sump desilting optimization of the system isprepared well. The main parameters are calculated including the press filter, slurrypump, single screw pump and so on,and based on which puts forward the selection。Underground shaft sump desilting equipment selection system of the system has beenfurther improved。This project is applied to control system which is underground shaft sumpcentralized control and PLC control core equipment. On the system at the core of thefilter press equipment has carried on the PLC control design. The filter press can beautomatically pull board discharging, automatic explosion-proof electrical control.The explosion proof design of all electrical equipment meet the demand of the coal minesafety production.Through practice, Water sump the effective volume and the effective use of timeare increased obviously after the use of the dredging underground shaft sump system。Into the coal slime water sump particles decreased and Coal mine main drainage systemof the wear is reduced. Ensuring the safety of coal mine drainage has obvious effection.Workers labor intensity is greatly reduced and mine transportation pressure was greatlyreduced after the use of mechanized equipment cleaning water storehouse.
