It utilizes the specialized machinery image devices to collect the image information of the test sample, and get the Specific image features efficiently and objectively through the human visual function. And then it achieves the analysis of the image features of the sample, such as the color, texture, shape etc with the specific method. Compared with the traditional measurement and analysis techniques, the technical operation is simple, and the measurement is results with high stability. At the same time. It will not cause the mechanical damage on the procesing of testing, and can achieve non-destructive testing.As a main economic forest products in Chinese, Bamboo shoot (Phyllos tachy s praeco x)has a high nutritional value because of its rich in vegetable protein and dietary fiber. But Currently the tenderness identification and classification screening of bamboo shoots mainly relying on artifical in Machining Process, Resulting in high processing costs, Low efficiency and difficult to achieve standards. Thus greatly restricted the development of the bamboo shoots industry in our province.This study tried to use the machine vision system for bamboo shoots tenderness real-time detection by image identification. Finally, combined with texture characteristics analysis the regular pattern of the bamboo shoots tenderness. a cutting method based on color features was studied and laid the theoretical foundation for mechanical cutting.75bamboo shoots were selected for test, and color regular pattern of the shoots was analyzed. Then appropriate cutting positions were discovered, and the shoots could be cut into segments with different tenderness. The shoots that could be cut into two segments, three segments accounted for17.33%,74.67%separately, and totally92%bamboo shoots were cut rightly. The test result shows that, by analyzing the color of the bamboo shoots law we can find a suitable algorithm that can achieve the cut of the different tenderness shoots. it can provide the accurate theoretical basis, and then achieve the informatization and intelligentization of the bamboo shoots processing. |
