Welding materials as a kind of implementation method of permanent connections, has been widely used in machinery manufacturing, etc. All areas of modern industrial production are essential to manufacturing processing method. Found in the actual welding process, welding wire swing has important practical significance. Such as in narrow gap submerged arc welding, can increase the weld bead width, welding efficiency, also can improve the mechanical properties of weld metal, at the same time can improve the welding width of weld in homogeneity and enhance aesthetic on the surface of the weld. This thesis mainly studies the narrow gap submerged arc welding wire of the oscillation system of mechanical design and control system design.In narrow gap submerged arc welding condition and welding process on the basis of a detailed study and analysis of the welding wire is swinging in the role of narrow gap submerged arc welding; After combining with the structure and function of general welding swing device, design a kind of fit clearance in20~30mm welding wire oscillating device, achieved the level of the welding wire on the swing and the vertical direction of the welding torch lifting, and at the same time, realize the swing speed and swing has wire parameters can be adjusted; According to the design requirements, the completion of narrow gap submerged arc welding wire oscillation system of the mechanical structure design, the design of the control system and the swing welding wire, welding torch lifting procedures of several aspects, such as written content.Wire oscillation system of the mechanical part design, mainly complete power system design, deceleration and the design of transmission gear, shaft, the design of the hoisting mechanism. Wire tilting mechanism is the foundation of the whole wire swing control system, its transmission precision affects the comprehensive performance of the whole system. Wire oscillation system control part mainly completes the design of PLC control system including swing user interface design, welding parameters in the design, the design of the oscillation width and swing speed and swing in the wire process and welding torch program design. Realized the wire around in the middle position, border to pause and maximum oscillation width is30mm, maximum swing speed is20mm/s.
