As a semi-crystalline thermoplastic resin, poly(ether ether ketone) is one of the new type of heat-resistant polymer materials that developed in decades.Although poly(ether ether ketone) has lots of advantage,such as good mechanical properties and heat resistance, poly(ether ether ketone) can not dissolved in any organic solvent except concentrated sulfuric acid.lt’s molding temperature is up to380℃. To solve this problem, we have synthesized a new type of heat-resistant polymer material,and did a preliminary study of this new material. The main content is as follows:New heat-resistant polymer materials-poly(imino ether ketone)s were synthesized from4,4’-Dibromobenzophenone and4,4’-diaminodiphenyl ether as monomer. The structure was characterized byFT-IR、1H NMR、 TG and DSC.The Glass transition temperature of poly(imino ether ketone)s is between175℃and217℃.The materials exhibit good heat resistance.At first two kinds of dihydroxyl compounds consist of NH were synthesized via Pd catalyzed C-N cross-coupling reactionn.poly(imino ether ketone)s were obtained through nucleophilic substitution reaction by taking Dihydroxydiphenylamine and difluoride aromatic ketones as monomers.The Glass transition temperature of poly(imino ether ketone)s by ucleophilic substitution reaction is between161℃and206℃,which is higher than the Tg of polyetheretherketone. This is mainly due to the role of hydrogen bonding. While poly(imino ether ketone)s exhibit good dissolution properties,it can be solubled in most organic solvents and has a good film-form ing properties.Sulfonated poly(imino ether ketone)s which containing sulfonic acid groups were prepared by direct and post sulfonation reaction direct sulfonation reaction is that the polymer were direct sulfonated by sulfonation reagent, post sulfonation reaction is that Sulfonated poly(imino ether ketone)s were obtained through nucleophilic substitution reaction by taking sulfonated difluoro diphenylmethanone and3-hydroxydiphenylamine as monomers via nucleophilic substitution reaction. The structure was characterized byFT-IR、1H-NMR、 TG and DSC.The sulfonated poly(imino ether ketone)s were made into membrane.Then testing the conductivity、 methanol permeability、 moisture content、 degree of swelling、 mechanical behavior and thermal stability of the membrane.And analysis the feasibility of sulfonated poly(imino ether ketone)s apply to proton exchange membrane.
