The technical characteristics and advantages of the super-pulsed CO2laser are analyzed. With the matching optical parts, a complete optical system is designed. The power distribution system of laser marking machine is overall designed, with the connection between components and digital marking control card, the control system is established. A super-pulsed CO2laser marking machine has been completed.The laser marking error and distortion which caused by rotation angle of the vibrating mirror and focusing of the F-Theta lens is deduced theoretically. The correction table method is used to avoid this phenomenon. With laser marking experiments, the results are verified the correctness of the theory and the accuracy after check.The equation of temperature variation during CO2laser marking glass is deduced, calculated by the ANSYS, the result shows the influence of different parameters such as laser power, marking time or marking speed during CO2laser marking glass. Through a lot of experimental research, the best marking parameters for each effect is proposed when super-pulsed CO2laser marking word or pattern on the glass.
