This paper is mainly focus on the typical thin-walled weldment of30CrMnSi steel with CO2laser. Firstly, utilizing the single variable experiments do the research on T-joints welding process for the2mm thick30CrMnSi steel sheet by CO2laser. Analyzes the impact of the power P, the speed v and defocus amountâ–³f on the cross-section forming quality,static tensile properties and the distortion of T-joints.SYSWELD is used to predict and analyze the welding deformation. Explores the weld sequence on welding deformation of the typical thin-walled weldment, and optimizes the weld sequence obtained temperature contour, stress contours and deformation contours.Simulats and optimizats the welding process of the typical thin-walled weldment by using the SYSWELD. The study indicats that sets welding interval of weldings, clamping conditions and anti-deformation force reasonably, the deformation can be reduced.This paper obtains the ideal CO2laser welding process, and reducs the welding deformation greatly. |
