The Ho3+/Yb3+co-doped tellurite glasses of different concentration were prepared by the technique of high-temperature melting.The spectral parameters have been analyzed based on the Judd-Ofelt theory.The spectral properties such as absorption spectra and emission spectra of the glass specimen have been measured and analyzed.The optimal HO2O3concentration was0.75%for1.2μm emission. The emission cross-section was calculated according to the McCumber theory.The emission cross-section of1.2μm is0.27×10-20cm2,and the emission cross-section of2.0μm is0.57×l0-20cm2.The results showed that the tellurite glasses can be used as potential high gain optical material for1.2μm and2.0μm lasers.We have drawn the microstructure optical fiber with a kind of good spectroscopic property glass composition.Under the980nm LD laser pump, observe the microstructure optical fiber at (including1.2m and2.0m (including band emission light amplification. |
