It mainly includes the layout of the HMIand operation station, the production conditions window, the work mode selectionwindow, the calibration and emergency treatment etc. The HCB is expected to play animportant role that is closely related to the plan.(4)To discuss the system structure of HCB. It mainly based on PAC Systems RX7icontroller, the network based on the memory reflected network, the Ethernet and DPnetwork, the drive and IO, the human-machine interface and the running state of thesystem.With the development of the HCB technique and computer control technology, theHCB play more and more important role in the manufacture. This paper is acombination of HCB technique and computer technology, introduces a practicalapplication of the PAC processor to realize the HCB control system, it has certain guiding significance for other control system.
