Sustained-release of chlorpyrifos was realized by microcapsulary taking PBC as carrier in this paper.A series of study on synthesis of PBC and preparation of PBC-chlorpyrifos microcapsule were conducted.The results were as follows:PBC was synthesized by Anion coordination polymerization taking DMC as catalyst.Then, FT-IR、1H-NMR and13C-NMR were used to characterize structure of PBC and degaradation character of PBC was evaluated by suspended muddy soil cultivation experiment method..Molecular structure of PBC was confirmed by atlas analysis of FT-IR、1H-NMR and13C-NMR. T-T link strcture was found to be the main link pattern of C-O structure of PBC. The results also showed that PBC had perfect biodegradability.The SEM scanning showed many erosion micropores would form on the surface of PBC membrane when PBC was degraded in mineral salt solution for8weeks.PBC-chlorpyrifos microcapsule was prepared by emulsion solvent volatilization method taking PVA-1788as stabilizer. OM、SEM、HPLC、W-XRD and laser zetasizer were used for its characterization.The results showed PPC-chlorpyrifos microcapsule had regular aphere and smooth surface and average diameter of7.5μm,and its druglording rate and encapsulate rate were respectively17.48%,90.57%. The W-XRD results showed chlorpyrifos was successfully carried on PBC carrier.The sustained-release results showed PPC-chlorpyrifos microcapsule had perfect sustained-release character and the process of release contained rapid-release stage and controlled-release stage.
