In this paper, the42CrMo steel alloy pretreatment, chemical plating solution of the basicformula, chemical plating process, the solution components of plating solution stability andcoating quality effect of system research. Through the orthogonal experiment to get in42CrMosteel surface preparation Ni-W-P alloy coating the optimal technics, and influence the stability ofthe solution of three kinds of factors:pHã€temperature and complexed agent to the PdCl2titrationand EDTA2Na standard droplet fixed stability test and the coating wear resistance, corrosionresistance, simulated coal mine under the conditions of corrosion wear resistance experiment.Analysis of the coating structure, composition, morphology for chemical plating industrialapplication to provide reliable basis.The experimental results show that: Ni-W-P alloy coating are smooth surface density,uniform structure mix crystalline plating. Ni-W-P chemical plating at pH8.0, temperature85℃was under the plating solution for the most stable solution and alloy coating corrosion resistance,Plating pieces of wearability is2.68times of the matrix. Plating pieces of acid corrosive sex is1365.58times of the matrix.
