Air conditioning and refrigeration copper tube processing,no matter using the extrusion process or planetary rolling process are inseparable from the face milling process,its role is milling off the slab surface oxide.Milling machines having two kinds of whirling and horizontal milling,which horizontal milling has the higher production efficiency,suitable for fast-paced process of the planetary rolling.Due to a variety of confounding factors when casting and lifting,transport,uneven force when storage,vibration and other factors,the slab generally has a certain degree of bending.In domestic air conditioning and refrigeration copper tube processing industry face milling machine implementing agencies generally use mechanical support which having poor mobility to bending of slab.Milling process,cutter,cutter shaft has an impact even not milling net oxide skin and surface miHing machine has low productivity and high maintenance costs.Therefore,the position control system design and development of surface milling machine executing agency has become an important issue in the current.This paper generally describes the hydraulic servo system and its research status and practical application and put forward on the position control system with hydraulic servo control on the basis of referring to a number of literatures home and abroad. According to the production practice, the paper proposes the position control system based on force feedback. This paper describes in detail the determination of the key parameters in the hydraulic servo system,components selection, and to lay the foundation for the research and development of the system.To carefully study the key problems and main technologies involved in the system.From the production practice, determine the position control of hydraulic servo system,establish the model from the flow equation of the slide valve,flow continuity equation and force equilibrium equation,and to organize and integrate other links to get the mathematical model of the system.In the paper,design the force controller compensate for the bending slab axis.Doing computer simulation of the system,according to the dynamic characteristics analysis of position control system through the simulation,and introduced respectively PID and fuzzy PID controller to correct the system,so that it can meet the production requirements.
