With China’s steel industry BanGuanBi continuously improve products, plank TouFangLiang market is more and more big, the market competition is fierce day by day, for steel surface quality requirements of the billet is more and more high, in the process of heating will generate iron oxide, rolling process appears easily oxidized scale, such as secondary oxidation to, not only can make steel surface oxidation iron into steel in rolling process, will accelerate roll wear, so the slab descaling technology directly related to product quality, cost, is the core technology of slabs production.This paper to tianjin steel group Co., LTD3500mm mill plate plant of high pressure water descaling system as the research object, high-pressure descaling system of high and low valve flow, low pressure, easy, improve descaling ability, reduce the consumption of new water. This paper introduces hyperbaric water descaling system structure and working principle of valve. In this paper the high-pressure water descaling valve, and puts forward the basic principle of work of high pressure water injection valve descaling system, the feasibility of the scheme alternative group.High pressure valve body is simulated by Pro_Mechanica software, the design of scattered parts and finite element analysis techniques are integrated by mature technology of three-dimensional computer graphics and user interface technology based on graphics. It can be instructed, improved by feedback information and optimized according to simulation results.
