In order to make the temperature, water level, pressure of the cotton yarn resurgence humidifier with the mechanical parts achieve automatic control, we use Germany Siemens process controller, Blue color LCD touch screen, and sensors to construct the control system of the cotton yarn resurgence humidifier, so we can control the temperature of±3℃, control water level of±1mm, control pressure of±5bar, and match the action of lift stations with automatic doors, which achieves automatic control functions. With this control system, we can ensure water the cotton yarn inside and outside evenly, and we can get the moisture regain of cotton up to9%, and strength of the Cotton yarn increase2.5%, which reaches the international standards. The interface of the control system is in_Chinese language, so we can operate easily, which improves the production efficiency, reduces the amount of labor, at the same time makes the resurgence humidification of cotton yarn process more accurately and stably.
