The Research On Improvement Of CE Process Value Stream Based On VSM

As the process of global economic integration promoted by the rapid development of e-commerce,China’s traditional manufacturing industries acquire more and more opportunities, while also facing unprecedented challenges. Many enterprises improve production efficiency by conducting lean manufacturing, implement of information management and other advanced ways to better meet customer needs under the impact of the fierce market competition.VSM (Value Stream Mapping),as a visualization tools to describe the logistics and information flow in lean manufacturing system,In which lean manufacturing tools and techniques are used to help companies understand and optimize the production process. VSM is used to identify and reduce NVA (Non-Value Added) activities in the production process.Firstly,the development trends of the VSM was introduced, then specific implementation strategy in the process of CE (Chemical Etch) by VSM was listed,and lastly the optimization and improvement measures method were given basing on VSM in this pape.The CE department for business production processes were analyzed and evaluated based on the value of lean manufacturing flow analysis,the production site management, production processes, the production cycle, and device status had improved combined with the CE department of Company A Lean Assessment system,combined with improvements in lean manufacturing tools.The sustainability of the improvement projects was ensured by the implementation of5S activities, standardized operation and the establishment of incentive mechanisms.The standardization.,visualization,and sustainability of maintenance of equipment were ensured by the study of equipment failure before in the use of Total Productive Maintenance process.A cross-sectoral value stream improvement team was formed according to the change of Lean Assessment System for management of CE technology production lines,while roles and responsibilities of value stream management team members were defined visual management In the implementation of improvement projects.The various Lean assessment results of CE departments achieved significant rise By using these tools and management methods,while it also shows that the study of VSM has important practical significance and practical value in improving the CE process.
