So far, to SO2and NOx single pollutants, it has developed a series of corresponding mature technology both at home and abroad, some of which realizing the engineering application.However these process generally cover a larger areas and high cost of equipment and operation and so on, so it is necessary to study to remove a variety of pollutants at the same time. As is known to all, the limestone/gypsum wet sulfur removal technology is the main process of existing coal-fired power plants.Because of the low water-soluble of NOx, this technology can not remove the denitration at the same time. Therefore, it has important practical significance to research the additive with proper appropriate on the basis of the limestone/gypsum wet sulfur removal technology to realize the removal of the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides at the same time.This paper detailed study on the composite absorbent system of M-N,and spreaded the research on the influence factors of desulfurization and denitration efficiency, such as solution pH, absorbent concentration, reaction temperature, absorbent composition and proportion,the concentrationof SO2and NO etc. Thinking of high efficiency and the economy of the removal from consideration,Researches are obtained for the composite sorbent system and the best experimental conditions were obtained, included the solution pH was5.5, the volume ratio of M(5%) to N(10%) was7:3, and the absorption temperature was50℃. Under the conditions, the removal efficiency of SO2reached almost100%, and the removal efficiency of NOx reached70%. And by using ion chromatography and XRD for desulfurization and denitration’s products were analyzed, and the validation reached a conclusion that the products mainly sulfate ion and nitrite ion is given priority to, with a small amount of the ion and nitric acid root root sulfite ion.Guess the reaction mechanism of the experiment, and then analysis it using the predict thermodynamics mechanism to verify the feasibility of it.
