Crankshaft is one of the five core components in the engine, translating reciprocating motion of the connecting rod into rotation motion, it is the core of the motor drive mechanism. Due to the complexity shape of the crankshaft, and the structure is unbalance, the distribution of the force and loading on the circumference of the crankshaft are constantly changing whatever in the processing and in the actual work. It has a big influence on the main journal radial runout, make the crankshaft bending deformation, and shorten the life of the crankshaft. Due to equipment limitations and cost considerations, many manufacturers still adopts the traditional crankshaft journal fillet rolling reinforcement technology in China. The advantage of This approach is simple operation and low cost, and the defect of it is poor equipment, and can’t effectively control the radial runout within a satisfactory range, lead to need many times to roll straightening, straightening too much more harm than good. The focus of this article is to control the crankshaft deformation or radial runout, to reduce the number of roller straightening as the ultimate goal.The article uses the CG125four-cylinder diesel crankshaft as the main object, ductile iron QT700-2, comparing to the choice of crankshaft materials at home and abroad and analyzed the whole process of CG125diesel engine, researching and evaluating its key processes depthly, finding that the stress of crankshaft journal fillet is too concentrated is one of the main causes of affecting the life of crankshaft, comparing to some strengthening method about crankshaft journal at home and abroad, to identify the optimal composite strengthening way by requency quenching+Tufftride+crankshaft journal fillet rolling, based on the processing of crankshaft journal fillet rolling. Analyzing the relevant parameters for the rolling force in the rolling process,and research it produce some effect on the deformation of crankshaft, and finally to optimize reasonable rolling force.Proposing two measures to reduce the runout of crankshaft journal, the results by the actual processing could verify crankshaft journal fillet rolling strengthen process,playing an important role,then show the program of CG125Crankshaft processing, finally, expounding the advantages of this new program.In order to further strengthen the process beating the crankshaft journal radial verify that the crankshaft fillet rolling, application HyperMesh, ANSYS finite element analysis software analysis and verification by the crankshaft three processing methods to analyze software, and the final result security check, the final research results play an important role for reducing the crankshaft processing costs and improve the crankshaft life.
