The Qingpingchuan oilfield with thin layer geodepression ditch, low hole, low permeability, low pressure, low production and heterogeneity etc. characteristics, mainly used openhole completion for long-term and its production relied on natural energy, reservoir pressure dropped largely with lack of enough underground energy, the overall yield is very low, and development effect is poorer. In recent years, oil production may be improved with the implementation of the waterflooding and fracturing technique, however, production was declining fast with more difficulties of stable production. Therefore, it is needed that water injection dynamic analysis and development technology for further research. In the paper, first of all, based on the research of geological and oil reservoir characteristics, the Chang2reservoir of Qingpingchuan oilfield is considered as a fluvial reservoir, the pore types are pore-thin throat and in the hole-tiny throat with deeply heterogeneity; Secondly, the dynamic changes rule of the reservoir was analysized comprehensively by the reservoir engineering research such as law of diminishing utilization research, variation rule of water cut, oil recovery and water flooding level of reserves, the dynamic indexs of maximum cumulative decline of oil production, water cut rising rates, and ultimately recovery and water driving after injection were calculated; finally, the distribution of remaining oil was determined combined with numerical simulation, therefore main tap the potential for future objects was determined.Through the research, adjustment scheme that benefit for developing oilfield worked out, it is concluded that the best level of pressure is87%of the primitive formation pressure, the best injection-production ratio is1.02, according to the distribution of remaining oil, it is advised that through increasing the numbers of injection Wells, which will improve the economic benefit substantially.
