Semi-coke production is an important stage in coal chemical industry. In order to improve the production quality of semi-coke and the extraction yield of coal tar, the article combined with the demand and characteristics of the equipment for semi-coke production process, established the control requirements of semi-coke production process, designed the monitoring scheme based on double machine redundancy technique. Set up the mathematical model of control for pusher machine speed according to the demand on controlling accurately of speed for pusher machine, studied the control strategy of pusher machine speed based on Fuzzy-PID controller, constitute the real-time monitoring system for semi-coke production process.The industrial Ethernet and RS-485field bus were used as the system network structure. IPC, PLC and intelligent instruments constituted the monitoring system based on dual computer redundant technique, accomplished the function as data collection and the main parameters alarm and query. Set up the mathematical model of control for pusher machine speed, Fuzzy-PID is proposed to meet the requirements of system control strategy, through the analysis of the traditional PID control and Fuzzy-PID control, and the control algorithm was achieved by the software of KINGVIEW, realized the control accurately for pusher machine speed.Through debugging and commissioning. The monitoring system based on field bus meet the control and operation requirements, improved the stability, anti-jamming and scalability of the system. Pusher machine adopted Fuzzy-PID control strategy not only can improve the motor ability of accurate speed control, avoid the burn out of motor accidents for coke pushing machine card machine accidents at a certain extent, but also improve the quality of the semi-coke production, ensure the annual production of a single stove. Control system of the actual application shows that the system has a wide application promotion value.
